I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Skyvue! I've loved living here but am moving in with some friends who live elsewhere. There are no other roomates that are resigning, so a great opportunity to room with your friends or make new friends (Skyvue will match you with roommates)!

• Base rent ($890 for me last year, but next year they quotes $865, so it'll be a bit cheaper for you!) Due on the 1st
• Utilities are through a company called Conserve, but they get automatically calculated into your rent on the SkyVue portal. Typically range between $40-$65, depending on the season.
• Renter's insurance is required, but they offer it for $14 a month.
• If you have a car, parking is $40 per month in an assigned spot in their private parking garage. Close to bus stops and easy access to campus walking or by bike.
