The home is located on a quiet street near Flamingo and Eastern with plenty of parking and access to grocery stores, restaurants and bus line within walking distance. Sparking pool and BBQ with outdoor seating areas and loungers. Baby Grand Piano in living room. Laundry room with washer and dryer, irons, ironing board.

There are three (3) different bedrooms for rent. Rent is $850-$950 per room and comes with a TV in each room, cable, wifi, utilities, laundry, etc. Kitchen is fully stocked, family room has reclining sofa and huge TV with Hulu, Netflix, cable.
