Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Aspire Reserve for this upcoming school year. It's a 3x3, with 2 male roommates already pre-assigned, and the bedroom is room C as shown in the floor plan. The rent would be $1349 a month. I know they're doing a big gift card incentive right now if you sign, so let me know if you have questions about the property, room, or just in general!
