Howdy! I am searching for a female roommate to take over my lease for the Spring 2027 semester! I am graduating in December 2026, so my room will be available beginning in January 2027 through July 2027.

The Private Bed & Bath is located in a 4x4 Townhome at Campus Village with all-female roommates. They are three wonderful girls who I have loved living with. The room comes furnished with a full-size bed, dresser drawers, and a desk. Campus Village has a pool, fitness center, and running trail near the property, and it is located near the HEB and shopping center off Wellborn. There is also a bus stop near the edge of the property, as well as parking for yourself and two visitor parking lots. I have lived here for almost three years and have had a great experience!
