I’m going to be moving out of my 1 bedroom apartment at the Easton complex late April/early May and am looking for someone to take over the lease! The current lease is until August 31st so plenty of time to test out if you like the complex. My neighbors are all very nice and quiet, literally have never heard anyone past 8 pm, even on the weekends. The unit has a dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, and faces away from the other apartment buildings so you have a little view of the mountains. And pets are welcomed! It’s about a 4 minute drive to campus. There’s a nice clubhouse that has a pool and gym.
