I’m looking for 1 female roommate to rent out a bedroom! Super nice house available with 1 room for rent and it is around 10 minutes away from UCF’s main campus. Rent will be $700 each month and a $700 security deposit will be needed for a 1 year lease. 1 rooms is currently available to move in to as of 5/6. You will be sharing a bathroom along with 1 roommate. WiFi & Utilites all included. Bedframe & mattresses are provided but you will need to provide yourself with pillows and a comforter. The house is brand new and super pretty in a safe & nice community with lots of amenities such as a pool and gym.

Hi there! I’m still looking for someone to take over my lease!

I’m going to be moving out of my 1 bedroom apartment at the Easton complex late April/early May and am looking for someone to take over the lease! The current lease is until August 31st so plenty of time to test out if you like the complex. The unit is $1,770 a month (not including electricity), less than what they are advertising on their website! The unit comes unfurnished.

My neighbors are all very nice and quiet, literally have never heard anyone past 8 pm, even on the weekends. The unit has a dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, and faces away from the other apartment buildings so you have a little view of the mountains. And pets are welcomed! It’s about a 4 minute drive to campus. There’s a nice clubhouse that has a pool and gym.
