If you know anything about this community, you already know units here go FAST and are super in-demand every year so we're trying to get ahead of that and find the right group ASAP. The unit itself is one of the nicest layouts available. It features quartz countertops throughout, wood cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances, including a French-door refrigerator with a drink dispenser. The living room already has a 65" TV mounted, which is a huge bonus. Flooring is a major upgrade compared to most rentals sealed concrete on the first floor and real hardwood upstairs, giving it a much more modern feel. The unit also includes a full-size washer and dryer. It is unfurnished, so you'll be able to fully make the space your own. Incentive: We're offering a $2,000 gift card to the first group that signs. This will be provided at move-in and can either go toward your first month's rent or stay on your account as a credit for future rent. This is first come, first serve, and with how popular this community is, it will not sit long. If you're even remotely interested, reach out ASAP before someone else locks it in. Owned and operated by First Baptist Church of Eugene and their college ministry, Collegiate Christian Fellowship (CCF), the house has capacity for up to 40 women who attend the UO or any of the other local institutions of higher-education.
