The apartment is a 2B2B unit with a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry access. You will be staying in a private bedroom that comes with a private bathroom and is mostly furnished (mattress, desk, chair, and dresser provided) – you'll need to bring your own bed set and other personal necessities. High-speed internet is included in the rent, with other utilities billed separately based on usage. Parking is available for $40/month through the leasing office.

To make things smooth for you, I'm happy to reimburse your application fee once the lease transfer is officially approved by the management office.

Hello! I’m looking for someone to take over a 1 bedroom listing in a 5 bed, 5.5 bathroom house for the 2026-2027 year, with the lease starting July 1st. Three of my roommates are staying on the lease (2 guys 1 girl). There might be a second spot available as well. Non-smoking house, no pets. Owned through Chateau Management who takes care of maintenance requests when needed.

Hey guys, I'm a recent OSU graduate, I have to be out of town for work from Mid April to September and I'm looking for someone (preferably a female student) to sublet my room for that time.

The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath.

15-ish min walk to campus, 5 min walk from Fred Myers. Have a bus stop ryt outside, and free parking. The rent is $600 (with utilities) excluding electricity and wifi. There will be security deposit of 650 which will be refunded.

The parking is free and there is plenty of street parking available as well. Along with that the room will be fully furnished with a queen bed, study table and chair, fan, and a drawer set with a TV.

I have to confirm it by April 10th, so please let me know ASAP if interested. The earliest move in date can by April 17th.
