This furnished studio is a TINY 300sqft converted garage. It is "kitchenette" style rather than full kitchen (short fridge, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, Keurig - no oven/stove), a queen bed (which takes up most of the studio space), and a small folding leaf table with two office chairs. The "kitchenette" is really just a wall with cookware, dishes, sink, and the kitchen appliances noted. Storage space is minimal.Bathroom is toilet, sink, and shower. Flooring is laminate with some rugs. The garage was redone this winter so a lot of things are relatively new.
The studio has a dedicated internet line- your use only.
It's quieter (we are midtown but you don't share a wall - it is a detached garage) in the garage is off an alley running east to west- so though Plumas is busy, you have a bit of a buffer from the street noise. You have one dedicated parking space off street and a little table outside for your use - outside space is desert landscape (some plants and lots of weeds)
This is midtown close to Mt Rose Street- south of downtown and about 3miles from UNR main campus.
We are queer and neurodivergent friendly.
