I am looking to relet my room in the Capri Aldersgate 4x1.5 apartment building for the summer starting on June 15th and ending August 21st (I will not be returning, and Capri offers renewal options for the following year). The apartment has a private bedroom and bathroom, and the kitchen and shower is shared with 3 other male roommates. The room is furnished with a bedframe+mattress, dresser, closet, and desk+chair. Utilities, laundry, wi-fi, tv, and more are included! Rent will be $795 (rent is $730 and utilities are $65) a month, and the month of June will be taken care of!
