The Alpha Omega House is a Christian residential house for college-age men in Eugene, Oregon. Located immediately across the street from the westside UO campus in a historic craftsman house. AO is an encouraging and affordable living situation where students may pursue higher education, a growing relationship with God, and community with one another. Owned and operated by First Baptist Church of Eugene and their college ministry, Collegiate Christian Fellowship (CCF), the house has capacity for up to 30 men who attend the UO or any of the other local institutions of higher-education.

I am subletting my spacious downstairs bedroom (the only room downstairs), which effectively has its own bathroom (also very spacious), without paying the upcharge for a private bathroom.
Rent is $850 per month plus utilities. Utilities are very manageable, with electricity typically running about $15–$25 per month after the $30 per-person electricity stipend. Wi-Fi, internet, and water are included in the rent.

It is spacious and more recently renovated compared to other units, and there’s a reason I’ve stayed here for so long- I really love the complex.
The price is very low for the area because you get it at my re-sign rate, which did not increase from the previous year.
