ISO 3rd Roommate!! Private bathroom/bedroom! James Creek!

My friend and I are looking for a 3rd roommate for our lease at James Creek! We are both pre-vet and will have dogs with us, so please NO CATS! We are frequent visitors at La Carretta and will invite you to come with us every time to play some card games! We like to spend our days off from work taking the dogs to the lake, tanning at the pool, or deep cleaning while a Barbie movie plays. We hope to become friends with our roommate and not just live in the same house!

House is a 3 bed 3 bath with 2 female roomates!

Rent is $675/person and utilities will be split between the 3 of us!

Lease is through July of 2027 with the opportunity to renew!
