“I submitted my form but can’t get to Step 2.”

First, please make sure all required fields are completed, including text boxes and checkboxes. If anything is highlighted in red or left blank, you will not be able to proceed to the next step.

If you have submitted the form and see a message that says “Preparing your payment” but are not taken to the next page, follow these steps:

1. Go to “Edit Your Listing.”

2. Click the tag icon on the right side of your listing.

3. This will allow you to finalize your payment and get your listing live.

If your lease type is not listed, please select “Other” and enter the specific number of months for your lease.

For any additional details about your lease terms, go to Listing Details → and input the specific information that explains how your lease works.

Yes, you can.

After submitting your listing details, click “Submit.” Then select “View and Edit,” which can be found at the top of the form, or click “More” → “Edit Your Listing.”

Next, click the pencil icon on your listing to begin making changes.

You can also click the arrow icon in the box to preview your listing and make sure it matches what you are trying to advertise before publishing.

Option 1: Advertise Per Room

a. Rent by the room If you are open to renting individual rooms, you can list the price per room. This allows you to receive leads for each room separately. This option typically generates more leads, though it may be less optimal depending on your leasing goals. For the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, you may list 1 bed / 1 bath.

b. Per-room pricing with full unit details If you want to advertise per room while still being transparent about the full layout of the unit, you can list the price of one room and include the total number of bedrooms and bathrooms for the property.

Option 2: Advertise the Whole Unit

a. Rent the full unit You can list the total price of the unit along with the full number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Thanks to Off-Campus Universe’s roommate matching system, interested students can connect with one another through the Suggested Roommates section, reach out to you, and apply as a group.
