Penthouse is an 11 bedroom hosue with 10 junior girls living there. There are 3 bathrooms. We all have our own rooms and the living spaces/kitchen are very spacious. I am subletting my first floor bedroom for the Spring 2027 semester while I go abroad. (Maybe summer too if you want that.) Rent is $750 including utilities.
