I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at Rambler in West Campus for the Spring 2027 term. I no longer live in the Austin area and really need someone to take my lease for the upcoming term.
Details:
- Unit: Desert Lily, 6x6 (non-window room)
- The bedroom is connected to its own private bath and personal closet. It is a fully furnished room containing a full size bed with mattress, desk and chair, and one stackable 4-shelf drawer.
- Base rent: $1,339 (excluding utilities)
- Size: 14'5" x 10'
- The lease starts in January and we can discuss when move-in day will be!
Rambler is located just outside of the UT campus, only a 3 minute walk from Dean Keeton and Guadalupe Street.
