I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Northgate Lakes near UCF. I’m offering a fixed $2,000 incentive for a successfully completed lease takeover.

 

Details:

• $999/month + utilities

• Furnished 4x4

• Private bedroom

• Private bathroom

• 3 male UCF roommates

• UCF shuttle

• Parking available

• Pool, fitness center, study spaces, clubhouse and other amenities

• Lease ends July 31, 2027

• Available as soon as the transfer is completed

 

The room has never been occupied and I never picked up the key.

 

This is an official lease takeover handled directly through the Northgate Lakes leasing office. Northgate handles the application, qualification, approval and transfer process.

 

The $2,000 is a one-time incentive provided after the official takeover is completed. This replaces all of my previous incentive offers.
