Hi everyone! I’m subleasing my private room in a furnished apartment at Sweetwater for Spring 2027. I’m in the Howxton layout (5x5) Bedroom B, and you’ll have your own bedroom and private bathroom with a shower.

Bedroom dimensions are 8’10” x 9’3.5”.

The apartment will be completely empty for the spring semester, (my roommates are all subleasing their rooms) so if you have friends who are also looking for housing, let me know!!

Sweetwater is in an amazing location right on University Ave, super close to UF’s campus, restaurants, Publix, and everything around Midtown. The apartment is fully furnished and has an in-unit washer/dryer, plus Sweetwater has great amenities including a pool, gym, sauna, yoga room, study rooms, and more.

Also available: a parking spot in the apartment garage! It can be subleased separately or bundled with the apartment, so feel free to reach out if you’re interested in either option.
