Hi! I have a private bedroom with a private bathroom available in a 2×2 apartment at Varsity Housing near UF. Rent is $865/month, and the first month’s rent is already paid. There is currently no roommate in the other room, so you may have the apartment to yourself unless someone else is assigned. It has an in-unit washer and dryer, free parking, gym, pool, clubhouse, and convenient bus routes to UF. It is available for immediate move-in, and the lease takeover will be handled directly through Varsity Housing. Please let me know if you’re interested!
