I have to get rid of this lease asap due to unforeseen medical issues. :( $750/mo room in a 4 person apartment, the specific room is labeled Bedroom A on the layout I attached. Private bathroom and it’s the only room next to the kitchen and living room. The three roommates seem chill, it's all-women but I'm nonbinary and they let me in so thats probably fine too. Move-in date is September 23rd, I would love to be able to relet it before then. It's in a wonderful location right next to the eugene station including an EMX stop right across the street that'll get you to and from the university in like ten minutes. It's also next to the Eugene public library! Plenty of parking spots able to rent in the huge garage, and theres also a pool and a gym and private study areas. Pet policy allows one dog or cat with pet deposit/rent, but there are some restrictions on "aggressive" dog breeds so look into that if you think it could be an issue. It comes with all the furniture and appliances that are mentioned in the screenshots I took, definitely check out the website if you want to see more about the building itself. I lived there last year (same building different unit) so if you have any questions about the complex or the area just reach out!
