Hi there! I’m still looking for someone to take over my lease!

I’m going to be moving out of my 1 bedroom apartment at the Easton complex late April/early May and am looking for someone to take over the lease! The current lease is until August 31st so plenty of time to test out if you like the complex. The unit is $1,770 a month (not including electricity), less than what they are advertising on their website! The unit comes unfurnished.

My neighbors are all very nice and quiet, literally have never heard anyone past 8 pm, even on the weekends. The unit has a dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, and faces away from the other apartment buildings so you have a little view of the mountains. And pets are welcomed! It’s about a 4 minute drive to campus. There’s a nice clubhouse that has a pool and gym.

Hey guys, I'm a recent OSU graduate, I have to be out of town for work from Mid April to September and I'm looking for someone (preferably a female student) to sublet my room for that time.

The apartment is a 2 bed 1 bath.

15-ish min walk to campus, 5 min walk from Fred Myers. Have a bus stop ryt outside, and free parking. The rent is $600 (with utilities) excluding electricity and wifi. There will be security deposit of 650 which will be refunded.

The parking is free and there is plenty of street parking available as well. Along with that the room will be fully furnished with a queen bed, study table and chair, fan, and a drawer set with a TV.

My favorite thing is that I can hop on my mountain bike and hit the trails. Trails go into both Denver and Boulder from the house.

• All shoes are to stay in the garage or by front door entrance.

• Relatively bright light space all day. Front of the house faces West.
