If you are searching for UNLV 1 bedroom rentals in Las Vegas, this guide covers the one-bedroom listings that are live on our Las Vegas off-campus listings page right now, what each of those listings actually says, and the questions worth asking before you sign anything. Every price, lease term and distance figure below comes directly from the listing itself. Where a listing does not tell us something, we say so plainly rather than fill the gap with a guess, because a guess is the last thing you want to base a year of rent on.

UNLV 1 bedroom rentals in Las Vegas: what's open right now

A quick note on sources. This week we did not have enough new student posts from local housing groups to report what students are quoting for rent in Las Vegas, so this post sticks to our own listing data and to practical advice on reading a listing. That keeps everything here checkable: you can open each listing linked below and compare it with what we wrote. If something on a listing page changes after this post goes up, the listing page is the one to trust.

Here are the one-bedroom listings on our Las Vegas page at the moment: UNLV student luxury condo at $3,400/month, Take over my 2026/27 lease - The Degree at $967/month, The Degree at $1,105/month, Echo 1055 B1 Private Room at $1,214/month, and Shared House at $1,450/month. All five list one bedroom and one bathroom, and all five are marked as furnished. Below we go through what else each listing tells us and what it leaves out.

Las Vegas One-Bedroom Listings at a Glance

The five listings differ most on price, lease length and distance from campus. Two of them carry The Degree in their titles and give the same South Maryland Parkway street address. The listing titled The Degree is priced at $1,105/month on a 12-month lease, with its start listed as August 20th 2026 and a Distance by Car of under 5 minutes. Take over my 2026/27 lease - The Degree is, going by its title, a lease takeover. It is priced at $967/month on a 12-month lease, with its timing given as Jun 2026 - July 2027 and the same under-5-minutes Distance by Car entry. Echo 1055 B1 Private Room is priced at $1,214/month on a 12-month lease starting 8/20/2026, and it is also listed as under 5 minutes by car from campus.

Shared House is listed as a townhouse at $1,450/month on a 12-month lease, with its timing given as Available Now and a Distance by Car of 5 - 10 minutes. UNLV student luxury condo is the highest-priced of the group at $3,400/month. It is the only one of the five on a 6-month lease, which the listing calls a biannual lease, its start is listed as September 1st 2026, and its Distance by Car is more than 10 minutes. If a shorter commitment matters more to you than price, that 6-month term is the one to look at. If price matters most, the two listings that name The Degree sit at the lower end of this group, and three of the five are listed as under 5 minutes by car from campus.

UNLV 1 Bedroom Rentals in Las Vegas: Room or Whole Unit?

Before you compare UNLV 1 bedroom rentals in Las Vegas on price alone, check what the one bedroom actually is. A listing can show one bedroom because it is a whole one-bedroom apartment, or because the lister is renting out a single bedroom inside a larger shared place. Two of the five titles point to the second case: Echo 1055 B1 Private Room calls itself a private room, and Shared House describes a shared home. For those two, $1,214/month and $1,450/month are the prices on the listings, but ask the lister what that money covers. Is it the bedroom only, or a share of the whole unit? How many other people live there, and which spaces are shared? For the other three listings, the fields we hold do not say whether you get the whole unit or one bedroom within it, so ask that directly as well. Our Rent by Room field reads FALSE on all five, but given what two of the titles say, confirm the setup with the lister instead of relying on that one field.

Furnished is the next thing to pin down. All five listings are marked furnished, but furnished can mean anything from a bed and a desk to a fully stocked kitchen, so ask for a list of what stays in the unit and what condition it is in. Then ask what the monthly price includes. None of the listings above tells us whether utilities, internet, parking or trash service are part of the rent, and those extras can change what a one-bedroom really costs you each month. Getting those answers in writing before you commit makes it much easier to compare a $967/month takeover with a $1,214/month private room or a $3,400/month condo on equal terms.

Lease timing deserves its own look too. Several of these listings give start dates that have already passed, such as August 20th 2026 and September 1st 2026, while Shared House says Available Now. A start date in the past does not tell you whether the place is still open or what your own move-in date would be, so ask the lister when you could actually move in and whether the rent or lease end date changes if you start partway through the term.

Tips Before You Sign a One-Bedroom Lease in Las Vegas

  • Ask whether the price is for the whole unit or a single bedroom. Two of the five titles above describe a room or a shared home, and the listing fields alone do not settle it for the other three.

  • Match the lease length to your plans. Four of these listings are on 12-month leases and one is on a 6-month lease, so check the start and end dates against your academic calendar and ask what happens if you need to leave early.

  • For a lease takeover, ask to see the original lease, ask whether the property manager has to approve the new tenant, and ask whether any fee or deposit transfer is involved before you send any money.

  • Use the Distance by Car field as your starting point, not your final answer. Our listings describe each place as under 5 minutes, 5 - 10 minutes or more than 10 minutes by car from campus, but we do not hold walking or transit times, so map the trip yourself at the hours you would actually travel.
